People assume that we measure PGU in registrations, drills and stations.

But that’s not our top marker internally. Our #1 tracker is: memories made.

Last week, we received a handwritten letter from a camper.

Yes, we received permission to it. We chose to keep the name private still.

We get a fair amount of letters throughout the year from coaches, parents, administrators and athletes. And trust me when I say that the team LIGHTS UP when they arrive. Big morale boost.

This is the stuff that hits you right in the chest.

Because for all the drills and station work…

For all the squads cheering and coaches yelling…

For all the hours spent refining the PGU model…

This is what matters most to us.

A kid feeling seen. A kid gaining confidence. A kid stepping out of their comfort zone.

A kid saying, “This place changed me.”

That’s our scoreboard.

You make this possible.

Every registration, every share, every recommendation, every handshake after camp - it all builds toward these moments.

And to the campers and parents and coaches that send letters. We read every word. We appreciate every word.
